Any general terms and conditions of the buyer do not apply and are expressly rejected by the seller unless accepted in writing. \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e338018 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"e338018\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-aedf21b e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"aedf21b\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;animation&quot;:&quot;none&quot;}\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d824a4a elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"d824a4a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Agreement<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d97c5d9 elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d97c5d9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tThe seller&#8217;s quotations, price lists, and other communications are non-binding. Verbal commitments and agreements with the seller&#8217;s employees are not binding on the seller unless expressly confirmed. In case of discrepancies between the buyer&#8217;s order and the seller&#8217;s confirmation, only the seller&#8217;s confirmation will be binding. Additions, changes, and other agreements to the contract will only be valid if agreed upon verbally and in writing.   \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-81a4e70 elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"81a4e70\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tThe seller is authorized, if in their reasonable discretion the buyer&#8217;s financial situation justifies it, to require advance payment or security. Until this is done, the seller may suspend full or partial execution of the contract. \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-11de161 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"11de161\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c5162bd e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"c5162bd\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;animation&quot;:&quot;none&quot;}\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-558c9b1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"558c9b1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Delivery Time<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6955f29 elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6955f29\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tThe agreed delivery times are always approximate and subject to unforeseen circumstances. If delivery cannot be made within the agreed time, the seller is entitled to partial deliveries and a reasonable additional period. Exceeding the delivery time does not entitle the buyer to terminate the contract and\/or claim damages unless the buyer proves intent or deliberate negligence on the part of the seller.  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-424629a e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"424629a\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1b238cc e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"1b238cc\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;animation&quot;:&quot;none&quot;}\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d3875b1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"d3875b1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Claims and Liability<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c1013a1 elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c1013a1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tThe buyer must inspect the delivered products immediately upon delivery for any irregularities. Claims must be submitted to the seller in writing within ten business days from the delivery date. After this period, the delivered products will be considered irrevocably accepted.  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9b64002 elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9b64002\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tThe buyer will indemnify the seller against all third-party claims arising from the delivery or use of the delivered goods. In case of non-compliance, the seller may charge storage costs. \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-977f31a e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"977f31a\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2ad7072 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"2ad7072\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;animation&quot;:&quot;none&quot;}\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3ce2810 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"3ce2810\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Retention of Title<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3630a64 elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3630a64\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tAll delivered goods remain the property of the seller until the buyer fulfills all their obligations.
